What file formats does Spitchit support?
Spitchit supports PDF files and individual image slides (JPEG, PNG, WebP). You can also add a video intro slide to any project on the Pro plan.
How does the NDA gate work?
Before viewers access the deck, they must agree to your NDA through a clickwrap form. You can use the built-in template, write your own custom text, or upload a PDF. Every agreement captures the viewer's name, timestamp, IP address, and user-agent for a clean audit trail.
Can viewers download my deck?
No. Viewers access your deck through a protected browser-based viewer. There is no download button and the presentation never leaves our servers as a file.
What analytics do I get?
On Free you receive basic open-link notifications. On Pro you get per-slide time, overall completion rate, and viewer session summaries. On Ultra you get full session-level insights with slide drop-off analysis.
Can I customize the viewer with my own branding?
Yes. On Pro and Ultra plans you can apply your own logo, accent color, a custom CTA button, and a live viewer watermark. Every deck shared from your workspace will carry your brand.
How do email share invites work?
On the Pro plan you can invite specific viewers by email directly from the dashboard. Each invite creates a pre-authorized session tied to that email address, so you always know exactly who is viewing.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create projects, upload decks, generate secure share links, and apply NDA templates—no credit card required.
How do I upgrade or cancel my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Billing section inside your workspace dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; you are only charged for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
